|Recommended: YesTrilogy — I like the fact that I'm always seeing people cleaning in the common areas such as the lobby, public bathrooms, around pool, etc ... Staff is friendly. Maintenance has responded to the few requests i've made on very quick timing.

|Recommended: YesNew property — Trilogy is a nice property. Some unfinished baseboards and trimming on the inside. Upscale features, nice activities. Pet friendly, dog park not completed yet, but green space, dogs have to run on leash. Shopping right next door. No doors on bathroom closet. Appliances are stainless, includes washer and dryer. Garage is spacious but extra, available extra storage closets for additional .
Overall 4 stars. Leasing staff helpful, pool is for lounging, pickle ball, ping pong, outside grills plus more recreational activities.
